WORK EXPERIENCE

Currently working as Asst. Facilitator - Design & art METAMORF Art and Design for in house projects.
Coordinating with:
a.    Experience Centre in ELCIA Tech Hub with MECHATRONICS facility for startups, academia, Institutions, corporates         and MSME’s. 
b.    Tech company – Utthunga Technologies for Science and Technology projects

My responsibilities include providing solutions in Project Design, 3D prototyping or Design Sculpting, Infusing Art in project design and Co Host for conducting Workshops. 

7 years in design of various assignments in design and projects to coordinate creation, development and application in Design and Art. A team person capable of initiating and driving specialized needs of design having art infusion with members in the team for outcome. Trained in interacting with clients / users to develop brief / concepts and details.
Part of team for imparting experiential learning of conducting Inclusive, workshop & training - creativity and analytical thinking for wellbeing - of people from various walks of life including children and challenged. Conversant with clients - Academia, Institutions and corporates.

Looking ahead, Nihaarika aims to explore and expand her design and art. She is particularly interested in integrating design and art with technology. Immersive experiences that challenge conventional perceptions and invite viewers to engage with her work in innovative ways.
